National Audubon connects the Texas community of local chapters to its nationwide effort to protect nature and advocate for solutions to issues impacting birds and other wildlife in America. To serve the state’s Audubon organizations, National Audubon maintains a state office, Audubon Texas. Texas also has three Audubon Centers and an Audubon Sanctuary. A network of sanctuaries along the gulf coast is managed by Audubon Texas.
